The statement that was made does not fit the legal definition of Harassment. Glad we're back in the news for all the wrong reasons.
Oddly enough, this is the first I have heard of this, which you would think I would have known about this. Disturbing it is.
For 6 years my wife and I have lived across from these trash dump apartments on N. Bridge. 6 years
of listening to lies and BS coming from city hall about cleaning the eye sores up. City of natural beauty my a**. Take a look at this mess. Kathleen Holt, this is your puppy now. Do something about it and stop being an anchor around the mayor's neck. Errol lost.......live with it.
It really is a shame that something hasn't been done somehow about those. Eyesore doesn't begin to describe them. Excellent advice for the councilwoman as well.
