WOW!

The response to the two most recent posts on this blog has been incredible! I have heard from people from every part of our community and with the exception of one anonymous person it has all been overwhelmingly positive. Your comments, both on the blog and in person, tell me that you are ready for city government to stop fighting and start doing their job. Serving the citizens of Wetumpka and not themselves.

I would encourage everyone to call their councilperson and express to them your desire for Wetumpka to move forward and that can't happen if they continue the infighting and arguing.

Several of you have asked about the video from the meeting Monday night. I am waiting on that to be delivered to me so that I can post it. I promise that as soon as I get it I will post for everyone to see. I plan to continue recording the meetings so keep watching this space in the future. Hopefully I will be able to streamline the process and get the video up sooner when I become more familiar with posting and editing video. Be patient with me while I learn!
