Councilman Carter just made a motion that the requisition requests that are under $5000.00 which require a signature from the mayor and a councilman be amended to be signed by the mayor and the councilman whose district the requisition affects. Currently it only requires the signature of the mayor and any city councilman.
The motion has been seconded and Councilman Washington misunderstood the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
